Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Milad Kazemidastjerdehei, and I am reaching out as a managing director of *** Group LLC , a registered company based in the United States. We are actively seeking reliable stone suppliers in China for the importation of stone materials to California, USA.

I have a strong background in the stone industry, having previously operated a stone factory in Iran. I am now looking to establish a long-term import partnership with reputable Chinese manufacturers.

I will be visiting China in June-July 2026 and would very much welcome the opportunity to visit your facilities, view your product range, and discuss potential collaboration in person.

In terms of scope, we anticipate starting with smaller shipments initially, with the intention to scale up significantly as our partnership develops.

I would also like to kindly inquire whether your company can provide translation support (English-Chinese or Farsi-Chinese) to facilitate smooth communication throughout our business process.

Could you please share the following information:
- Your product catalogue and available stone varieties
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ)
- Pricing and payment terms
- Export and shipping procedures to the USA
- Availability for a factory visit in June-July 2026

We look forward to hearing from you and hope this marks the beginning of a fruitful and long-term business relationship.

Best regards
