Dear supplier

We are currently sourcing a premium white marble with a very specific visual requirement, similar to “Bianco Seta” / high-grade Sivec selections, and would like to request availability and quotation.

1. Material Requirements

- Origin: Preferably North Macedonia (Sivec family or equivalent)
- Base color: Clean white tone (minimal grey/cloudiness)
- Veining: Very subtle, sub-horizontal linear veining preferred
- Texture: Fine-grained, uniform appearance

2. Quality Criteria (Critical)
Please confirm that the offered slabs meet the following:

- No visible dark spots or inclusions on face
- No open/unfilled natural voids
- No large or visible resin-filled areas
- No strong contrast veining or patchiness
- No features that could be mistaken for cracks or damage

3. Slab Requirements

- Thickness: 20mm
- Finish: Polished (unless otherwise stated - see spec below)
- Quantity: 500 m2 but will take smaller quantities
- Slab size range: Please specify available dimensions

4. Selection & Inspection
To proceed, we require:

- High-resolution slab photos (individual slabs, not catalogue images)
- Slabs shown both dry and wet
- Close-up photos of surface texture
- Backlit photos (to check for hidden defects/voids)
- Block photos (if available)
- Confirmation of cutting orientation (to achieve horizontal veining where possible)

5. Commercial Information
Please include:

- Price per m2 (EXW / FOB basis)
- Location of material (yard/factory)
- Available quantity (current stock)
- Lead time for additional production (if required)
- Packing details

6. Selection Process
We will require the ability to:

- Select slabs individually (via photos/video or in-person inspection)
- Reserve specific slabs upon approval

- High consistency across slabs
- Clear and transparent quality documentation
