We are currently sourcing a reliable manufacturer capable of supplying natural stone honeycomb panels as per the following specifications and requirements:

Stone types (samples required):

- Galala
- Galala Extra
- Triesta Beige

Panel composition:

Total thickness: 25 mm (19 mm aluminium honeycomb + 6 mm natural stone veneer)

Kindly provide the following information:

Cost difference between rectangular and triangular panel layouts.

Expected wastage percentage for each layout type.

Maximum panel sizes possible for both rectangular and triangular shapes.

Possibility to supply the same natural stone in 2 cm thickness to match the natural stone honeycomb panels (columns will use 2 cm solid stone for the first 3 m height; above that will be honeycomb panels).

Confirmation that the roof design (solid honeycomb stone panels, no perforations) is technically feasible.

Whether rectangular panels can be produced with fake joints to visually appear triangular, and if so, the technical considerations.

Product warranty details.

Whether the product qualifies as a LEED material.

Approximate time required for delivery of samples.

Lead time after purchase order.

Confirmation whether the honeycomb panels have been tested for upside-down installation (soffit applications) and whether there is any risk of delamination when the stone faces downward.
