- All entries must be type written
- shall submit original brochures & data sheets showing certifications of the product being offered.
- Price validity shall be for a period of 90 calendar days at least
- Prices Quote shall be per Item
- Delivery period shall be as agreed during contract placement..
- Terms of payment Shall be as SMEH policy or as agreed upon signing the contract.
- SMEH will not be liable for any cost incurred by the respondents in preparing responses to this RFQ or negotiations associated with award of a contract.
- Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing or e-mail
- SMEH reserves the right to modify quantity and configuration requirements. The Vendor agrees to sell KS the revised quantity of items at the unit price as stated in the RFQ regardless of quantity changes.
- The Vendor shall attend to work requirements if needed such as site visit, shop drawings, material submittals, client presentation, and technical studies
