Dear Technical Support Team,

My name is Jhiorgenes Nogueira, and I represent Bellagio Marmo, a company specializing in natural and engineered stone fabrication in Brazil.

We are currently working on a countertop project using your Golden Phoenix Super Nano Glass material. The countertop will incorporate a built-in gas barbecue grill, the Evol Verona, and we need to confirm that your material is suitable for this application.

According to the barbecue manufacturer's guidelines, the countertop material must withstand temperatures above 240°C (464°F).

Before proceeding with fabrication and installation, we would appreciate your technical guidance on the following questions:

1. What is the maximum operating temperature of your Golden Phoenix Super Nano Glass?

2. What is its maximum permissible temperature for brief or localized heat exposure?

3. What is its thermal shock resistance? Do you have test results specifying the temperature difference the material can withstand without cracking?

4. Is this material suitable for installation around a built-in gas barbecue grill?

5. Do you recommend any specific thermal insulation, minimum clearance, or installation precautions for this application?

6. Could you please provide the official technical datasheet and any relevant thermal resistance test reports for this product?

The barbecue will be installed in a countertop cutout, with its main heating components positioned below the countertop surface. However, the material surrounding the cutout may still be exposed to elevated temperatures.

We want to ensure the safety, durability, and reliability of the installation before proceeding.

Thank you for your time and assistance. We look forward to your technical recommendations.

Best regards,
