Hello how are you?

We do not accept payment terms for the entire volume upfront. Since this is a large total volume, we would like to split the shipments and payments per one container (one by one). Our proposed milestone structure for each container is as follows:

30 advance payment (for one container only) upon order confirmation for that container.

20 upon arrival of the container at Dubai port.

50 before unloading at our construction site in Dubai.

Please note that payment will be made to your company in Dubai.

Please let us know if this payment schedule works for you. If not, please clarify which terms do not suit you and what conditions you can offer.
